I’m the Director and Business Manager of South Coast Therapy and Support Group, and a Board Director at BCR Communities. I’m passionate about creating efficient, client-focused systems that support sustainable growth in the allied health and community care sectors. With a background in project management and strategic leadership, I thrive on improving services, supporting teams, and making a positive impact in our community.
My Story
Hi, I’m Nathan Carson — Managing Director and Business Manager of South Coast Therapy and Support Group (www.sctherapysupport.au), a leading NDIS-registered allied health provider based on the South Coast of New South Wales. I specialise in strategic business leadership, health sector operations, and service innovation across occupational therapy, speech pathology, and physiotherapy.
In my role, I oversee all aspects of operational management, financial performance, workforce development, and client experience. I’m passionate about streamlining systems to improve service delivery, meet evolving NDIS requirements, and create scalable, high-quality healthcare solutions. I’ve led major business improvements—refining intake and onboarding processes, enhancing compliance systems, and implementing data-driven strategies to support both clients and clinicians.
Our team’s commitment to innovation and community impact was recognised in 2024 with three Shoalhaven Business Chamber Awards: Excellence in Innovation, Employer of Choice, and Business of the Year.
In addition to my leadership at South Coast Therapy and Support Group, I serve as a Board Director for BCR Communities, supporting aged care and community service strategy across the Shoalhaven. I’m also an active Committee Member of the Shoalhaven Business Chamber, where I contribute to regional business development and advocacy.
I hold a Graduate Certificate in Management and am currently studying toward a Master of Business Administration (MBA), expanding my skills in governance, strategic planning, and health sector transformation.
Above all, I’m a proud father of three, and I love spending time outdoors — camping, adventuring, and enjoying everything the South Coast lifestyle has to offer.
