Today we had the pleasure of attending an inservice led by our Senior Occupational Therapist, Klara, on the topic of sensory modulation. It was a fantastic session packed with practical strategies that we can take straight into our therapy work to better support our clients in regulating their sensory systems.

From simple tools to use in session to adapting environments for individual needs, Klara shared insights that were both evidence-based and highly applicable across different client presentations.

We also loved welcoming some familiar and new faces from the broader allied health community—including other OTs, a dietician, and an exercise physiologist. It’s always great to collaborate and learn alongside professionals from other disciplines who share a passion for holistic, client-centred care.
